Dr. Jeffery Haggquist

Dr. Haggquist is a trained physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with a focus in musculoskeletal and sports medicine. His hands-on approach, including manual manipulation, is a hallmark of osteopathic medical treatment.

Dr. Haggquist completed his residency training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, his osteopathic internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and his medical education at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.

Dr. Haggquist has studied with Aaron Mattes for more than 20 years, is a national specialist in the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), and conducts educational workshops and seminars on flexibility, strength, and neuromuscular re-education.

Dr. Justin Petrolla

Petrolla has been providing non-surgical orthopedic care for patients of South Hills Orthopedic Surgery Associates since February 2017, focusing on pain management, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Dr. Petrolla participated in an accelerated medical school program and received his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine and residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he was the chief resident in his final year. Dr. Petrolla completed an ACGME accredited pain fellowship program at Orthopedic & Spine Specialists in York, PA. He is also ACGME accredited in sports medicine. He then practiced in Denver, CO for two years before moving back to Pittsburgh.

Dr. Petrolla has been practicing medicine since completing his internship in 2004. He has special interest in non-operative spinal care, musculoskeletal issues, and post concussive care. In his leisure time, he enjoys Ohio State Football, spending time with his wife, children and dogs along with cooking family recipes.

Rebecca Carli became interested in somatic movement studies while pursuing B.A. and M.F.A. degrees in dance.  She earned certification in Rolf Movement® Integration in 1987.  In 1989, she became a Certified Rolfer™ and in 1992, a Certified Advanced Rolfer. In 1994, Rebecca graduated from the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy and Training and joined the Rolf Movement faculty of The Rolf Institute.  Rebecca’s understanding of gravity and human movement potential has been enriched by her long time studies with French movement expert, Hubert Godard. Additionally, she draws from her training in craniosacral, visceral manipulation, energetic osteopathy and various somatic movement modalities. Rebecca has a full time Rolfing & Rolf Movement practice in Chevy Chase MD.
